ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for our GTM teams to support in operational tasks. We're in the middle of a real transformation as we integrate and migrate our tooling into a larger organization, so you'll have a direct hand in shaping how that work gets documented and rolled out.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
You'll report to our Marketing Operations Manager and join a 5-person RevOps team that keeps Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Post Sales running on the same tools and processes.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for our global GTM Teams, resolving tool and process issues as they come up
- Support GTM Operations with database hygiene and CRM compliance, and help keep our processes clearly documented and understood
- Build training materials, then support the trainings so the wider GTM team knows how to use our tools and processes, including onboarding new hires
- Own provisioning, deprovisioning, and maintenance of our go-to-market tools, becoming the person the team turns to when questions arise
- Spot process gaps, reporting inconsistencies, and CRM compliance risks, and help fix them or flag them to the right person
- Maintain the accuracy of our CRM data through regular entry and audits, and build a solid understanding of our marketing funnel and metrics
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bring 1 to 2 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops
- Have hands-on Salesforce experience, including workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting logic
- Understand core B2B SaaS GTM concepts like lead management, sales pipelines, and lifecycle stages
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoy troubleshooting tools and processes, and want to understand the reasoning behind them, not just the steps
- Bring genuine interest in growing from day-to-day operations to spotting problems and proposing solutions
- €1,000 annual learning budget and free German language courses to boost your skills
- 30 days of annual leave, plus extra paid days for your birthday and moving day
- Home office setup budget, a monthly home office allowance
- Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide!
- Mental health support with nilo.health and a discounted Urban Sports Club membership
- 20% company subsidy on your pension contributions
- Subsidised BVG public transport ticket and a dog-friendly Berlin office where your furry friend is welcome
- Lease your ideal bike through BusinessBike
WHY YOU SHOULD WORK FOR US:
- The right attitude: modern methods and a diverse, creative workspace with an open and international culture
- Everyone for the product: Together we create a flexible, highly scalable product with state-of-the-art technologies. We can only succeed if everyone works as a team
- Healthy Growth: Growing our company means growing everyone in the team. We love to share knowledge and learn
- A great environment: Flexible and family-friendly environment, bright and easily accessible offices, modern software and hardware
- High flexibility degree: Prefer to work early or late at night? Do you have to pick up your children from kindergarten? Do you prefer working abroad? We believe in results and motivated employees

About this role
Talon. One is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to support their go-to-market teams through a significant tooling transformation. You'll be embedded in a five-person RevOps team reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, handling everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to CRM maintenance and process documentation. This is a hands-on role where you'll own tool provisioning, build training materials, audit data quality, and act as the first point of contact when Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Post Sales teams hit operational friction.
The ideal candidate has one to two years of RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops experience and solid Salesforce expertise, including workflows and reporting. You'll need to understand B2B SaaS fundamentals like lead management and sales pipelines, communicate clearly across teams, and have genuine curiosity about why processes work the way they do—not just how to execute them. The role rewards people who spot gaps and propose solutions, moving beyond reactive support into strategic thinking.
The position is full-time and in-office in Berlin. Benefits include thirty days of annual leave, a home office setup budget with monthly allowance, up to ninety days of remote work abroad annually, a €1,000 learning budget with free German language courses, mental health support, a subsidized pension contribution, and a dog-friendly office. The company emphasizes flexibility, diverse teams, and knowledge-sharing culture.
