About this role
Everway is building technology for neuroinclusive education, and this Customer Success Executive role puts you at the center of helping schools, universities, and education providers get real value from the platform. You'll own a portfolio of K–12, Catholic Education, TAFE, and university customers, guiding them from onboarding through adoption and renewal. The work spans relationship management, hands-on training delivery, data analysis using tools like Tableau, and coordinating across internal teams—Sales, Product, Support, and Finance—to solve problems and identify growth opportunities.
The role suits someone with at least a year of customer-facing experience in education technology, ideally in customer success or account management. You'll need to be comfortable analyzing customer data to spot trends and risks, managing your own workload independently, and communicating clearly through one-on-one meetings, webinars, and written content. Travel to customer sites accounts for up to 20% of the time. SaaS or subscription experience in education, familiarity with CRM systems, and proficiency with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 are valued but not required.
This is a full-time remote position based in Australia, offering competitive salary with bonus, flexible time off, and health and wellness benefits. Everway emphasizes a purposeful, fast-moving culture where different thinking is welcomed—a meaningful fit if you're drawn to work that directly supports inclusion and accessibility in education.
