About this role

Morgan & Morgan's workers' compensation practice needs a Legal Assistant to manage the administrative backbone of injury claims from intake through resolution. You'll handle client intake interviews, maintain detailed case files across multiple systems (ICMS and Litify), coordinate hearings and depositions, track medical records and indemnity payments, and prepare the filings and correspondence that keep cases moving forward. The role demands someone who can juggle competing deadlines, communicate clearly with clients and attorneys, and catch details others miss—all while working independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of administrative or legal support experience, ideally in workers' compensation or personal injury law. You'll need solid proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong typing speed (35+ wpm), and a working knowledge of litigation procedures and documentation. An associate's degree in paralegal studies or a bachelor's degree is preferred, as is bilingual English and Spanish capability. This is an in-office role in Atlanta, so you'll work directly alongside the legal team and gain hands-on experience in a firm-wide mission focused on protecting workers' rights.

Morgan & Morgan offers full-time employees medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
