Crossroads Dental is a high-volume practice in a prime Toronto location seeing over 100 new patients monthly, and they're seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join their team. The role offers strong patient flow backed by a robust hygiene program, modern facilities, and experienced support staff—ideal if you thrive in a busy, productive environment with clear earning potential.
You'll handle a full scope of general dentistry including restorative work, crowns, root canals, extractions, and minor oral surgery. The practice emphasizes treatment planning and case presentation skills, so they're looking for someone confident in comprehensive patient care and comfortable managing high daily patient volumes. You'll work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings (1–9 PM) plus Saturday mornings (9 AM–4 PM), with guaranteed daily compensation during your initial ramp-up period and production-based earnings thereafter.
An Ontario dental licence is required. The location directly across from Dundas West Station offers convenient transit access.
