About this role

Growing a multi-office legal practice across Texas requires someone who can turn initial client contact into qualified cases. The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is looking for a Sales Representative to staff their intake team in El Paso, handling the first conversations with prospective clients seeking family law, estate planning, probate, or criminal representation. You'll evaluate leads, conduct initial consultations to understand clients' legal needs, schedule them with attorneys, and manage the administrative side—data entry, document preparation, and reporting on conversion metrics. Success means balancing high-volume communication across phone, email, and online channels with genuine customer service and clear internal handoffs to the legal team.

This role suits someone with at least two years of sales experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally in legal intake or a similar B2C sales setting. You'll need solid proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), and the ability to explain legal services compellingly while staying organized under pressure. A high school diploma is the baseline; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

The firm offers competitive base pay plus sales-based bonuses, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401K with 5% company match, life insurance, and ongoing training. The work is in-office in El Paso, full-time, with a business casual dress code and a stated emphasis on company culture and celebrating wins.
