About this role

memoryBlue is a tech sales firm that uses data to help B2B technology companies build pipeline and accelerate revenue, and this Business Analyst role sits at the center of that mission. Based in Denver with hybrid flexibility, you'd own data projects end-to-end—from gathering requirements through delivery—working with sales leadership, operations, finance, and client teams to build dashboards, analyze performance trends, and surface opportunities to improve efficiency and results. The role blends hands-on analytics work with stakeholder engagement, so you'd spend time both in SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.

The position calls for 2–4 years of analytics or BI experience, with strong technical chops in data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics. You'd also be expected to mentor junior analysts and guide cross-functional teams through complex data challenges. This is a good fit if you're early enough in your career to still be growing rapidly but experienced enough to lead projects and own quality and governance. Familiarity with B2B sales concepts, cloud platforms, or machine learning would be a plus, though not required.

memoryBlue offers competitive salary, standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), plus pet insurance and performance-based trips. The company emphasizes an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture and is actively hiring across multiple offices, suggesting room for growth.
