About this role

BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is designed specifically for newly licensed RNs entering home health care. The program is ANCC-accredited—the only paid new graduate residency in home care to hold this distinction—and includes six weeks of structured training with one-on-one precepting, simulation labs, and ongoing clinical phone support. You'll provide direct patient care across all age groups and diagnoses, work with electronic charting, and gain exposure to diverse clinical experiences while building your foundation as a practicing nurse.

The role offers genuine flexibility after your initial training period, with scheduling tailored around your preferences and cases matched to locations near your home. Pay ranges from $28–$31 per hour depending on shift type, with weekly paychecks. Beyond compensation, BAYADA provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, company-paid life insurance, an EAP, and a 401(k) match, plus eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

This opportunity suits recent graduates seeking structured support, mentorship, and the chance to explore home health nursing without the intensity of a traditional hospital residency. You'll need a current U.S. nursing license, CPR certification, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
