The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for recent nursing graduates with a passed NCLEX and licensure in the United States.
BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC)!
Pay: $28/$29/$30hr. for days & $29/$30/$31for overnights and/or weekends

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care's Nurse Residency Program is designed specifically for newly licensed RNs entering home care. The program is ANCC-accredited—a distinction unique to home health—and includes six weeks of paid training with one-on-one precepting, electronic charting support, and ongoing clinical backup available around the clock. You'll work flexible schedules after the initial training period, with cases matched to locations near your home to minimize commute time. Pay ranges from $28–$31 per hour depending on shift type.
This role suits someone ready to build foundational nursing skills across diverse patient populations and diagnoses in a home setting. You'll gain exposure to both adult and pediatric care supported by the company's simulation labs, giving you room to explore your interests early in your career. The position offers standard benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, and access to Public Service Loan Forgiveness partnership, plus a $1,500 referral bonus.
