Pay and schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Work in our foam fabrication or molding operations, producing the foam products our customers depend on
- Operate production equipment and follow work instructions
- Check your work to make sure every product meets our quality standards
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with your team to hit daily production goals

American Excelsior Company is expanding its foam operations in Sheboygan and seeking operators for both first and second shift. You'd be working hands-on in foam fabrication or molding, operating production equipment, inspecting finished products for quality, and maintaining a safe, organized work area while collaborating with your team to meet daily targets.
