Description
Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.
Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.
Team
The Payment Operations team powers the accurate, timely, and secure movement of funds across the entire Raisin U.S. platform. As a multi-bank deposit marketplace supporting high-yield savings accounts, CDs, and a centralized cash account, Raisin facilitates inbound and outbound ACH transactions, reinvestments, and internal money movement across partner banks, custodial banks, and service bank relationships.
Payment Operations owns the end-to-end payment lifecycle: transaction processing, multi-entity settlement, ledger reconciliation, exception resolution, and operational risk mitigation. The team works hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Custodial and Service Banks and other partners to build scalable financial infrastructure.
As Raisin expands, we are focused on designing a flexible operational architecture capable of supporting a broader multi-rail payment ecosystem.

About this role
Raisin's Payment Operations team manages the critical infrastructure that moves money across its multi-bank deposit marketplace, and this analyst role sits at the center of that operation. You'd own the day-to-day execution of payment processing, reconciliation, and settlement across high-yield savings accounts, CDs, and cash management products—working to ensure every transaction is accurate, timely, and secure. The work spans transaction processing, ledger reconciliation, exception resolution, and fraud monitoring, with direct collaboration between engineering, product, compliance, and partner banks to solve problems and implement improvements.
The role demands someone detail-oriented and self-driven who can work independently while staying accountable to strict operational standards. You'll analyze payment data to surface inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and partner with technical teams to automate manual work. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and at least two years in operations analysis or fintech are required; you'll also need hands-on proficiency with Excel, SQL, or similar tools, plus strong analytical and communication skills to move between technical and business stakeholders.
Based in Sandy, Utah and full-time in-office, the position offers a salary of $80,000 to $100,000, along with Raisin's standard benefits package: 401k matching, healthcare coverage, $2,200 annual development budget, flexible hours, and 28 days PTO plus 13 public holidays.
