About this role
At Mediabrands Content Studio, you'd manage programmatic campaigns for major brands as part of Initiative, an Omnicom Media agency. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll develop programmatic recommendations aligned with client KPIs, work with activation specialists to translate plans into live campaigns, and advise on audience strategies, inventory approaches, and targeting methods. You'll also oversee performance monitoring, identify optimization opportunities, and escalate risks—essentially acting as the strategic bridge between planning, activation teams, and clients.
The position calls for 4–5 years in programmatic advertising, digital media, or campaign management, with solid grounding in DSPs, ad servers, and programmatic buying principles. You'll need strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights, plus the communication ability to present findings clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, in-office role in Amsterdam that suits someone ready to own client relationships and campaign oversight independently, or someone building deeper strategic knowledge in programmatic.
Initiative offers 27 days off annually, hybrid flexibility with the option to work abroad up to 14 days per year, structured development through a 100-day onboarding plan, and a collaborative environment working with established brands and international teams. The role provides genuine scope to shape how you approach it—balancing campaign delivery, performance analysis, and client advisory work.
