About this role
Cortland's Contact Center in Atlanta is seeking a Talent Development Manager to design and deliver learning programs that build capability across the team while reinforcing the company's performance-driven culture. You'd work closely with Contact Center leaders and the broader Talent team to identify skill gaps, develop targeted training solutions, and manage initiatives like peer coaching and onboarding. The role blends facilitation—running both in-person and virtual training for groups of varying sizes—with performance consulting and data analysis to measure what's working and where development is needed.
This position suits someone with at least three years of learning and development experience who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on program delivery. Multifamily industry background is preferred but not required; what matters more is your ability to build relationships across levels, think analytically about talent challenges, and create engaging learning experiences. You'll be based in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with regular travel to Dallas (up to 25%) and should be comfortable working in-office. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning management systems and business intelligence tools like Power BI or ReflexAI would strengthen your candidacy.
