You'll work across multiple initiatives simultaneously, from refreshing the new member experience to evolving the annual Chapter Leadership Training Conference, while stewarding platforms like the BBYO Toolbox and overseeing governance documents and membership manuals.
This position demands strong writing and facilitation skills paired with genuine curriculum design experience. The organization offers substantial flexibility—unlimited PTO, 18 paid holidays plus two-week office shutdowns, comprehensive health coverage, and genuine family-first policies including parental leave and a teen involvement benefit stipend.
