About this role

Picnic builds its entire operation in-house, and this role puts you at the center of designing the internal tools that make that possible. You'd own product design across the Internal Products team—everything from workforce apps to warehouse automation interfaces—working on systems that directly impact how Picnic's colleagues do their jobs while keeping the supply chain running smoothly. The work balances real user needs with business goals, requiring you to move fluidly between problem definition, user research, UI design, and close collaboration with developers to ship polished solutions.

You'll need a design degree and up to three years of UX or product design experience, ideally with B2B or enterprise tools on your resume. Figma fluency, strong sketching skills, and a portfolio that clearly explains your design thinking are essential. The role expects you to drive projects end-to-end, use qualitative research to validate decisions, and contribute to evolving Picnic's design system. You'll be part of a company-wide UX guild and have access to mentorship from experienced designers and researchers, so there's real room to grow.

The position is full-time and based in Amsterdam, requiring you to work in-office. You'll need an EU work permit and fluent English. Picnic offers relocation support if you're moving internationally, along with fresh daily lunches, health insurance discounts, a bike plan, learning stipends, and standard benefits like 25 holidays and a pension plan.
