About this role
Zevo Health is building mental health support services for content moderators and Trust & Safety professionals, and they're looking for a licensed counselor to deliver group interventions on-site in Washington DC. You'd facilitate evidence-based group sessions—using CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy—designed to help professionals manage the psychological toll of their work. The role includes creative, interactive interventions and requires you to assess clinical risk, maintain documentation, and coordinate with the clinical team.
This is an affiliate contractor position requiring only one to two days per month on-site, making it suitable for someone seeking flexible, part-time clinical work. You'll need a master's degree in a mental health field, a current DC license (psychology, professional counseling, or social work), and at least three years of clinical experience. Training in short-term therapy and suicide risk assessment certifications are preferred. Strong administrative skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing, and fluency in English are essential; Spanish fluency is a bonus.
