About this role
Zevo Health is recruiting licensed mental health counselors to deliver group well-being interventions for content moderators and Trust & Safety professionals at client sites in San Francisco. This is a freelance affiliate role requiring one to two onsite days per month, where you'll facilitate evidence-based group sessions using approaches like CBT, ACT, and solution-focused brief therapy. The work includes creative interventions incorporating art, movement, music, and cultural elements, alongside standard clinical responsibilities like risk assessment, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team.
The position requires a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, plus a minimum of three years of clinical experience and an active license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PSY, LEP, or equivalent associate credential). Training in short-term, solution-focused therapy and suicide risk assessment certification are preferred. You'll need strong administrative and data management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing, fluency in English, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Spanish fluency is an advantage but not required.
This role suits clinicians interested in the emerging Trust & Safety field who want flexible, part-time affiliate work with meaningful impact on a specialized population.
