Qualifications

The Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of education;
• An interest in building a career in the insurance or reinsurance industry. Prior industry experience is welcome but not essential;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with attention to detail;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is welcome but not essential;
• Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• A team-oriented approach and the motivation to contribute to a collaborative, international environment.

The Business

Willis, Corporate Risk & Broking, is focused on the development and delivery of professional insurance, reinsurance, risk management and consulting services for corporates, institutions and public and semi-public sector organizations. In the Netherlands, approximately 100 employees work within Willis, across our offices in Amstelveen and Rotterdam.
