Under our new Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) offering, you are in control of your caseload, while we provide you the skills and tools to be successful.
Pay: $60 to $65 / hour

Upstream Rehabilitation's SERC Physical Therapy team in Overland Park is offering a part-time opportunity built around your schedule rather than theirs. Under the Visit-Based-Earnings model, you control how many patients you see each week (10 to 40 visits), whether you work one-on-one or with a co-therapist, and when you work—including evenings and weekends. You'll earn $60 to $65 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $45 per completed visit.
This role suits a licensed Physical Therapist looking for flexibility without sacrificing income or professional support.
