About this role

Greenbox Architecture's newly established Melbourne office is seeking an Office Administrator to support its growing team of architects and designers. This part-time role (four days per week, with potential to expand) sits at the centre of daily studio operations, managing communications, scheduling, meeting logistics, and the practical details that keep a busy design practice functioning. You'd work closely with the Practice Manager to coordinate calendars, arrange travel, maintain project files, handle procurement and expense tracking, and ensure the office and meeting spaces are ready for both team work and client engagement.

The ideal candidate brings prior experience in an administrative or office support capacity, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. While experience in an architectural or design studio is valued, what matters most is reliability, adaptability, and genuine interest in supporting a creative team over the long term. You should be comfortable being the go-to person in a dynamic environment and capable of balancing multiple priorities with a positive approach.

Working at Greenbox means joining a collaborative, multilingual team of over 100 people within a larger Woolpert network of 2,500+ employees across multiple continents. The role offers competitive part-time compensation, exposure to mission-critical architecture projects in data centres and life sciences, and access to Woolpert benefits including salary continuance insurance, novated leasing options, and corporate health insurance through Bupa. This is a genuine opportunity to be part of a certified Great Place to Work environment where your contribution is recognised and valued.
