About this role

Premier Roofing is seeking a hands-on training manager to build and support a sales team in their Omaha location. You'll oversee advisor onboarding and development, manage team productivity, and ensure consistent execution across roof inspections and insurance claim navigation. The role blends training leadership with field involvement—you'll attend adjuster appointments, scope projects alongside your team, and help convert leads into completed jobs. This is a position where your success directly shapes how well advisors perform and how smoothly customers move through the sales and service process.

The compensation structure is built entirely around performance. You'll earn 35% commission on completed roofing projects with uncapped earning potential, supported by weekly pay during an eight-week onboarding period. The role demands someone who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable controlling their own income through direct sales results. You'll need at least two years of sales training experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and physical capability to climb ladders and work on rooftops. A flexible schedule and willingness to work in the field—not just behind a desk—are essential.

This opportunity suits someone who thrives in a commission-based environment, enjoys developing sales talent, and wants to grow with a 20-year-old company that has expanded to 14 locations. If you're motivated by income potential and prefer a role where your effort directly translates to earnings, this could be a strong fit.
