Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly marketing budget across PPC (Google Ads, LSA, Bing), paid social, SEO, and web; reallocate spend weekly based on cost per signed case by channel, practice area, and office.
- Manage agency and vendor partners: set targets, review performance, and hold them accountable to signed-case outcomes, not impressions or clicks.
- Build and execute the plan to enter new markets and practice areas, including market sizing, keyword/competitive analysis, budget, and launch timeline.
- Maintain closed-loop attribution in HubSpot from first touch through signed case and collected revenue.
- Deliver a weekly dashboard to leadership: spend, leads, qualified leads, consults booked, consults held, signed cases, cost per lead, cost per signed case, and revenue per case by source.
- Enforce data hygiene standards (lead source, UTM, practice area, office) so every dollar is attributable.
- Partner with the Intake Manager on speed-to-lead, lead routing, and follow-up sequences; flag lead quality issues by source within 48 hours.
- Build and test HubSpot email/SMS nurture workflows for unconverted leads and no-show consults.

- Own the SEO roadmap: local SEO and Google Business Profiles for every office, practice-area content, and technical health.
- Run the review generation program with Intake and Client Services.
- Ensure all advertising complies with Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Part VII and State Bar of Texas Advertising Review Committee filing requirements.
- Hire, train, and manage Marketing Coordinators/Associates with clear weekly KPIs and documented SOPs.
- Build repeatable processes (campaign launch checklist, monthly budget review, reporting cadence) that scale without depending on any one person.

About this role
You'd own the full performance of paid search, SEO, social, and web channels for a $25M+ law firm scaling rapidly across 11 Texas offices. This role sits at the intersection of data and strategy—you'll manage budgets across Google Ads, paid social, and local search; run HubSpot as the system of record for lead-to-case attribution; and hold agency partners accountable to signed cases, not vanity metrics. The work is hands-on: weekly budget reallocation by channel and practice area, building and testing conversion workflows, managing the SEO roadmap, and ensuring every marketing dollar is traceable to revenue.
You'll need 5+ years in performance marketing with at least 2 years managing people or vendors, direct experience owning $50K+/month budgets, and strong technical chops in Google Ads, GA4, and ideally HubSpot. The role demands fluency in copywriting, A/B testing, call tracking, and local search—and a working knowledge of Texas attorney advertising rules is a real plus. You'll hire and train a small team, build repeatable processes, and partner closely with the Intake department to ensure lead quality and conversion.
This is best suited to someone who thrives on attribution and accountability, enjoys working in a fast-growth environment, and has ideally worked in legal, healthcare, or other high-volume lead-gen businesses before. The position is full-time and in-office in Houston.
