About this role
At CloudKitchens' Washington facility, you'd manage the full operational heartbeat of a cloud kitchen—overseeing a team, coordinating order fulfillment, maintaining equipment and sanitation standards, and handling everything from facility repairs to partner onboarding. The role blends hands-on operations management with a sales component; you'd lead facility tours, pitch to prospective restaurant partners, and serve as the primary relationship manager for existing ones, working to prevent churn and identify growth opportunities. You'd also own P&L reporting and KPI tracking, contributing to strategic planning with management.
This position suits someone with roughly two years in operations management, restaurant management, property management, or assistant management roles. You'll need comfort with both people leadership and tactical problem-solving—from training staff and managing a janitorial team to coordinating HVAC inspections and vendor repairs. Strong customer service instincts and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across sales, support, and administration are essential.
The role is full-time, in-office five days a week in Washington, DC, with a salary of $70,000–$76,000 plus eligibility for equity awards and performance bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), discretionary vacation, and paid parental leave.
