About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is actively recruiting new graduate physical therapists for positions throughout Delaware, offering a structured entry into clinical practice with dedicated mentorship and support. Rather than throwing you into a high-volume clinic setting, you'll work one-on-one with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, allowing you to build genuine relationships while seeing the direct impact of your interventions. Your responsibilities will include functional assessments, individualized treatment planning, hands-on therapy, patient and family education around mobility and fall prevention, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team—all supported by experienced clinicians and clinical managers committed to helping you transition confidently from classroom to independent practice.

This role suits someone who values meaningful patient connection and wants mentorship during their first year. You'll have flexible scheduling, manageable territories to minimize travel time, and weekly pay. The company provides comprehensive orientation, continuing education resources including a six-month MedBridge subscription, and access to BAYADA University for ongoing professional development. Standard benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, employer-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

You'll need an accredited DPT degree, state licensure or license eligibility, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. New graduates are explicitly encouraged to apply, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working effectively with patients, families, and care teams in home settings.
