This role sits within Partner Sales and will own the day-to-day business across a portfolio of partners while working closely with Sales on Tubi’s largest strategic relationships.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, publisher monetization, and ad tech integrations. You should be comfortable using performance data to identify opportunities, supporting partner integrations and initiatives, and working cross-functionally with Ad Operations and external teams to drive the business forward.

This role will also help build the processes, reporting, and partner communications needed to effectively manage a growing portfolio of ad tech partnerships at scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the day-to-day business across a portfolio of DSP, SSP, and ad tech partners, including performance, communication, optimization, and partner initiatives.
  • Work hand in hand with Partner Sales on strategic accounts to execute priorities, identify growth opportunities, and drive partner initiatives forward.
  • Monitor partner performance across revenue, spend, CPMs, bid activity, request volume, fill, and other key monetization metrics, proactively identifying shifts and opportunities.
  • Support new and existing partner integrations, working with Ad Operations and external partners on setup, requirements, QA, testing, launches, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and execute optimizations across pricing, inventory, deals, and partner configurations to improve performance and monetization.
  • Understand programmatic integrations and be comfortable working with requests, deal IDs, targeting, inventory signals, and other factors that impact partner performance.
  • Work directly with partners to understand their priorities, product roadmaps, integration requirements, and new capabilities, translating them into opportunities for Tubi.
  • Develop and maintain partner-facing materials and communications, ensuring partners are kept up to date on Tubi’s capabilities, inventory, pricing, product updates, and new opportunities.
  • Lead partner performance reviews and business discussions, translating data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Build scalable processes, reporting, documentation, and operating rhythms to improve how Partner Sales manages partner performance, integrations, initiatives, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate across Partner Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Product Marketing, and other internal teams to move partner integrations and initiatives from planning through launch and optimization.

Your Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, account or partner management, ad operations, or a related role at a publisher, DSP, SSP, or ad tech platform.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and experience working with DSPs, SSPs, and other ad tech partners.
  • Experience supporting programmatic or ad tech integrations from setup and testing through launch and optimization.
  • Experience working with publisher monetization, preferably across CTV, streaming, or premium video.
  • Working knowledge of programmatic concepts including bid requests, VAST, OpenRTB, deal IDs, pricing, targeting, and key performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating partner performance into optimization strategies and revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to independently manage partner relationships and drive initiatives across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of how pricing, inventory, demand, and integrations impact publisher revenue.
  • Experience building processes, reporting, and organizational frameworks that help teams operate and manage partnerships at scale.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams.

About this role

Tubi is seeking a Manager for Programmatic Partnerships to oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of DSPs, SSPs, and ad tech partners while collaborating with the Partner Sales team on strategic accounts. You'll own performance monitoring across revenue, CPMs, fill rates, and other key metrics, then translate that data into optimization opportunities around pricing, inventory, and partner configurations. The role requires hands-on involvement in partner integrations—working with Ad Operations and external teams through setup, testing, and launch—as well as direct partner communication to understand their priorities and roadmaps.

This position demands 5+ years in programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, or ad tech, with a solid grasp of the programmatic ecosystem and experience managing DSP and SSP relationships. You'll need working knowledge of concepts like bid requests, VAST, OpenRTB, and deal IDs, plus the analytical chops to identify revenue opportunities from performance data. Experience with CTV, streaming, or premium video is strongly preferred. Beyond partner management, you'll build scalable processes and reporting frameworks to help the team operate more effectively at scale, requiring you to coordinate across multiple internal functions and external stakeholders.

The role is hybrid in Chicago and offers a salary range of $126,100–$180,200, plus sales incentive compensation, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), flexible time off, and other benefits including a monthly wellness reimbursement and generous parental leave.
