About this role
Redapt, a Premier Tier AWS Partner, is looking for an AWS Client Director to drive new professional services revenue in enterprise accounts. This is a hunter-focused sales role based in Las Vegas requiring in-office presence and up to 20% travel. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close—while building and expanding relationships with enterprise clients, AWS field teams, and internal consulting practices. Success means consistently hitting quarterly and annual professional services revenue targets and generating new logos alongside pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in technology sales with at least 3 years focused on AWS, cloud consulting, or professional services. You'll need a proven ability to sell large-scale transformation engagements (ideally $250K to $5M+), existing relationships within AWS field organizations, and deep familiarity with cloud adoption frameworks and business outcomes. Experience selling cloud migrations, modernization, data, AI, managed services, or security solutions is essential, as is the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
This contract role suits someone with a strong track record closing consulting services deals, comfort navigating the AWS partner ecosystem, and the self-direction to build pipeline independently. You'll work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to develop customer solutions, and your success will be measured on revenue attainment, new logo acquisition, co-sell pipeline generation, and customer retention.
