About this role

Formlabs is seeking Italian-speaking recent graduates to join its Direct Sales team in Berlin as Technical Sales Representatives. You'd be selling professional 3D printing technology to companies like Google, Tesla, and NASA—working with customers to understand their manufacturing challenges and positioning solutions that fit their needs. The role combines lead generation, customer consultation, event representation, and relationship management, with a strong emphasis on learning the technology deeply and developing your sales instincts from day one.

The position offers structured onboarding in 3D printing fundamentals and sales methodology, so prior industry experience isn't required—just a STEM degree, fluent Italian and English (C1 level), genuine curiosity about technology, and comfort with phone and email outreach. You'll work independently on leads while collaborating with a team, and you'll need resilience to handle rejection and adapt your approach. The temporary contract includes the possibility of relocating to the US (Boston or Milwaukee) or transitioning to a permanent role.

Compensation starts at €62,000 OTE with uncapped performance bonuses, plus equity (RSUs), catered lunches, mobility subsidies, wellness benefits, and relocation support. This is a hands-on entry point into B2B sales at a well-funded company with real market traction, suited to someone energized by problem-solving conversations and willing to build expertise in an emerging technology space.
