- Track feedback through rounds, ensuring notes are consolidated, actionable, and reflected in final deliverables.
- Maintain organized file structures, campaign documentation, and delivery pipelines.
- Manage external vendors and ensure they stay aligned with scope, timelines, and expectations
- Manage project budgets across multiple projects: tracking spend, negotiating costs, and holding vendors accountable to agreed-upon deliverables and rates.
- Ensure all assets meet technical specifications, platform requirements, and brand standards.
Your Background:
- 5+ years experience producing or managing integrated creative campaigns in entertainment, advertising, streaming, or an in-house brand/creative studio.

About this role
Tubi's Creative Producer role sits at the intersection of creative vision and operational delivery for the streaming platform's original content campaigns. You'd manage 3 to 5 concurrent titles simultaneously, shepherding everything from key art and trailers to social assets and print materials through conception, production, and final delivery. This means working closely with Creative Directors to shape ideas, coordinating across Content, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams, managing external vendors and budgets, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks—all while preserving creative intent across multiple touchpoints and stakeholders.
The role demands 5+ years producing integrated campaigns in entertainment, advertising, or streaming, with hands-on knowledge of video production, motion graphics, post-production workflows, and digital/social asset creation. You'll need to be equally comfortable with spreadsheets and creative problem-solving: tracking timelines and budgets, negotiating vendor costs, and using tools like Airtable, Frame.io, and Adobe Suite to keep complex projects moving. The ability to lead through ambiguity, communicate across diverse teams, and stay organized under pressure is essential.
This is a temporary position based in Los Angeles on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office weekly), paying $134,000 annually. It suits someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and wants hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of streaming originals campaigns.
