About this role

Salt XC is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for a North American creative agency. You'd source and hire across creative, digital, media, and operations roles—building pipelines through LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and community engagement, then shepherding candidates through interviews, feedback, and offers. The work spans intake conversations with hiring managers through close, with real accountability for time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

This role demands 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a creative or agency setting. You'll need fluency in ATS systems, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to translate recruitment data into process improvements. Beyond execution, you'll act as a strategic partner to hiring teams—consulting on role scope, interview design, and offer strategy—while championing inclusive hiring practices and supporting early-career programs.

The position is hybrid in Toronto, offered as an internship at $70,000–$90,000 annually. Salt emphasizes flexibility (28 days off, winter shutdowns), comprehensive health coverage, learning investment, and a collaborative culture built on integrity and inclusion.
