About this role
At nLogic, this Program Management Integrator role serves as the connective tissue across multiple functional areas—engineering, contracting, logistics, business, and test—keeping a defense program's priorities, schedules, and activities aligned. You'll act as a central coordination hub, maintaining situational awareness, tracking high-priority actions and risks, preparing leadership materials, and flagging emerging issues and dependencies that could impact execution. The work demands strong communication skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to synthesize information from diverse teams into clear, actionable briefings for leadership.
The position requires eight years of experience coordinating planning or operations in a program or product office environment, an active Secret clearance, and a bachelor's degree. You'll also need U.S. citizenship and a willingness to work onsite in Huntsville with occasional travel up to 15%. Experience with Army acquisition processes, missile system programs, or PAE Fires organizational structures would be valuable, though not required.
This role suits someone who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and finds satisfaction in enabling program execution through coordination and clear communication rather than direct technical work. nLogic is 100% employee-owned, offering stability and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESOP participation, and professional development support.
