About this role
Inizio Evoke Comms is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to manage healthcare communications programmes for pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and nonprofit clients. You'd own day-to-day client delivery, lead project execution from conception through completion, and develop communications materials across traditional and digital channels. The role sits at a pivotal point between hands-on execution and strategic leadership—you'll report to a Vice President, mentor junior staff, and contribute to new business development while maintaining the client relationships that drive the work forward.
This position calls for someone with 6–8 years in communications, PR, or healthcare marketing, ideally with agency experience. You'll need strong project management discipline to juggle multiple priorities, confident client-facing skills, and the ability to think critically about healthcare communications strategy. A background in healthcare or science is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field, though the company welcomes applications from candidates whose experience doesn't check every box.
Based in Philadelphia or New York (hybrid), this full-time role offers a salary of $80,000–$90,000 plus comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off. It's suited to someone energized by healthcare innovation, comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and ready to grow into a more senior communications leadership position.
