About this role
Grassroots Analytics is looking for an account manager to work with nonprofits and progressive organizations using their donor database and fundraising tools. You'd split your time between onboarding and supporting existing clients, identifying and pitching to new prospects, and building relationships with development professionals and consultants. The role requires you to understand GA's data products deeply enough to explain their value to clients, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and recommend services that align with each organization's goals and budget.
This position suits someone with one to two years in nonprofit fundraising, political campaigns, or digital marketing who enjoys client-facing work and can juggle multiple accounts at once. You'll need strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into clear business value, plus the organizational discipline to track contracts, timelines, and deliverables across teams. The job is based in-office in DC's Chinatown and offers a $65,000 base salary with performance commission that can push total earnings to $100,000.
