Pay:
Up to $40 per hour
Requirements:
- Current valid LPN license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR certification in good standing

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one care for pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients in Kent County, Delaware. The role centers on direct patient care in clients' homes, with the flexibility to choose your own shifts and work cases matched to your location. The company provides comprehensive paid training and shadowing, plus 24/7 clinical phone support, so experience with pediatric trach/vent care is welcome but not required.
You'll need a current LPN license, CPR certification, and a nursing program diploma to qualify.
