Requirements
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Pay: up to $40 hourly

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to staff group homes across Delaware—in Georgetown, Millsboro, Seaford, Dagsboro, Dover, and Harrington. You'd provide direct patient care in a supported environment where Direct Support Professionals work alongside you, handle electronic charting, and have access to around-the-clock clinical support by phone. The role offers genuine scheduling flexibility; you choose between day, evening, or overnight shifts and can work part-time or full-time.
This position suits nurses who value work-life balance and want to avoid long commutes. BAYADA matches you with cases near your home and pays weekly.
