- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for LPNs to deliver one-on-one care to long-term clients in their homes throughout the Milford area. You'll have genuine flexibility in choosing your schedule—day, evening, or overnight shifts are available—and the company commits to matching you with cases near your home to keep commutes short. The role involves direct patient care for medical-surgical and ventilator-dependent clients, with electronic charting through Statewise and access to around-the-clock clinical phone support.
The position requires a current valid nursing license and CPR certification. BAYADA provides paid training and shadowing for new hires, plus access to their simulation labs. Compensation is up to $40 per hour with weekly Thursday pay, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401K match. The company also offers Public Service Loan Forgiveness partnership and preventive care coverage for all employees, including PRN staff.
