Pay:
Up to $40 per hour
Requirements:
- Current valid LPN license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR certification in good standing

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator care in Sussex County, Delaware. This full-time position offers the flexibility to choose your own shifts while working cases matched near your home, supported by 24/7 clinical backup and electronic charting through Statewise. The role suits nurses who want hands-on patient care in a home setting without the hospital environment.
You'll need a current LPN license, CPR certification, and a nursing program diploma—experience with trach/vent patients is welcome but not required, as BAYADA provides in-depth paid training and shadowing. The position pays up to $40 per hour with weekly Thursday paychecks, plus standard benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) plan. If you carry federal student loans, BAYADA is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness partner.
