About this role

Trilon Group's Water Resources team is expanding its dam engineering practice across New England, and this newly created senior role sits at the center of that growth. You'll need solid grounding in dam safety regulations and codes, hands-on experience leading repair and removal design projects, and proficiency with modeling software and CAD tools. Travel within New England runs 10–15% annually.

The hybrid setup in Hartford lets you split time between office collaboration and remote work, with genuine flexibility around scheduling.
