About this role
Working evenings and weekends in a remote role, you'd support the delivery and quality of media campaigns and sports content across PENN Entertainment's digital platforms—including theScore media app and theScore Bet. The position sits at the intersection of operations and customer support, requiring you to monitor campaign performance, ensure accurate sports data (scores, stats, odds, news) flows across all platforms, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and handle user feedback. You'd coordinate with marketing, creative, analytics, and vendor teams to keep campaigns compliant and optimized.
This role suits someone with strong sports knowledge—particularly of major professional leagues—who's comfortable with data entry, quality assurance work, and the detail-oriented nature of operational support. You'll need a post-secondary degree (or be close to finishing one), proven customer service experience, and daily comfort with both iPhone and Android devices. Clear communication and problem-solving matter here, since you'll be recognizing and escalating urgent issues and conducting QA for new features.
The position offers competitive pay between $45,000 and $50,000 CAD, comprehensive benefits, education reimbursement, and the flexibility of remote work—though the evening and weekend schedule is a core requirement, not a perk.
