About this role

IronMountain Solutions is building out strategic capability in defense acquisition, and this role sits at the center of that effort. As Senior Strategic Analyst for the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems PMO, you would drive acquisition strategy and execution for the Department of War Drone Marketplace—designing procurement pathways using CSOs, OTAs, and agile vehicles; managing vendor relationships; and conducting market research to identify commercial and dual-use technologies. This is a leadership-facing position requiring you to synthesize complex information into decision-ready briefings and executive packages for senior military and civilian leadership across DoD, interagency, and international partners.

The role demands deep expertise in Army acquisition frameworks, federal procurement law (10 U.S.C., FAR, DFARS, AFAR), and the ability to navigate both bureaucratic and commercial ecosystems simultaneously. You'll author solicitations, Statements of Work, and strategic advisory documents while supporting a diverse portfolio of cross-functional initiatives. Success here means combining analytical rigor with stakeholder management—translating between program offices, service branches, and industry partners to accelerate capability delivery.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Huntsville, Alabama with relocation negotiable. You'll need a bachelor's degree (or master's) plus four years of relevant acquisition experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
