About this role
Tessco LLC (operating as Alliance) is a nearly 40-year-old distributor supporting the wireless technology sector, and this Ontario, CA warehouse role offers full-time work in their receiving, inventory, and shipping operations. You'd handle the core warehouse cycle: receiving and verifying incoming products, using RF scanners to store and organize stock, picking and packing orders, and managing cycle counts and restocking. The position also involves quality inspections, maintaining accurate records, and keeping the warehouse safe and organized according to company and GMP standards.
The role requires two to four years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience, plus two to four years operating forklifts and reach trucks. You'll need to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, work comfortably with basic computer skills (Excel and email), and communicate clearly in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety procedures are essential. The pay is $24–26 per hour, with occasional overtime as needed.
This position would suit someone with solid warehouse fundamentals looking for stable full-time work in a company with real scale and industry focus. A high school diploma, telecom industry background, or prior RF handheld experience would strengthen your candidacy, though they're not required.
