- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Lead longitudinal care for a diverse adult patient population, specializing in the management of complex and chronic medical conditions to ensure sustained health and wellness.
- Provide comprehensive medical services to patients within your assigned clinical area, ensuring a patient-centered approach and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and clinical evaluations to accurately diagnose a wide range of medical conditions

Qualifications
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

About this role
Ascension's Internal Medicine practice in Indianapolis is seeking a part-time physician to provide longitudinal care for a diverse adult patient population across Hamilton and Marion counties. You would manage complex and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting supported by onsite lab services, part-time nursing support, and an integrated referral network. The role involves shared weekday call (one week at a time within the group) and weekend call as part of a larger rotation, allowing for predictable scheduling within a part-time arrangement.

You'll work within Ascension's established network while maintaining focus on mission-centered, patient-centered care.
