About this role

Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine is seeking an OBGYN physician to join an established nine-person practice in a modern 270-bed facility. The role blends inpatient and outpatient work, with four days weekly (32 hours) dedicated to clinic and approximately four hours per week in the operating room, performing robotic-assisted and minimally invasive procedures using the da Vinci Surgical System. You'll manage 24-hour in-house call with an average of three deliveries per shift, working toward a 1:10 call ratio as the group reaches full capacity.

The practice environment is notably comprehensive. All Saints is a Level III trauma center with full specialty support and primary care on campus, including a dedicated Women's Center with maternal-fetal medicine and laboratory services. Ascension is currently expanding its obstetric services, launching a new Certified Nurse Midwife model and transforming labor and delivery triage into a dedicated Obstetric Emergency Department—positioning this as an opportunity to shape an evolving program. The patient population is diverse, and the Racine location offers lakeside proximity to both Chicago and Milwaukee.

This position requires Wisconsin medical licensure (MD or DO) prior to hire and Advanced Life Support certification.
