About this role

Ascension Saint Agnes in Baltimore is expanding its radiology department and seeking a board-certified or board-eligible diagnostic radiologist to join an established team of 12 physicians. You would interpret across the full spectrum of modalities—X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and fluoroscopy—supported by state-of-the-art equipment including dual-source CT, 3T and 1.5T MRI, and 3D mammography systems. The role includes performing advanced breast interventions and participating in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards as part of a 251-bed hospital serving a diverse patient population across a Level III trauma center.

Call coverage is shared evenly among the group, with weekday evenings (until 10 pm) and weekend shifts (until 5 pm) rotating through the team. Overnight final reads are handled by teleradiology, reducing after-hours burden. This is an employed position within Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system, offering physician-led collaboration and long-term practice stability within a larger integrated network while maintaining local autonomy.

You'll need an MD or DO, Maryland medical licensure prior to hire, and board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology. DEA registration eligibility is required.
