About this role

Ascension's occupational health nursing role in Oshkosh combines clinical care with workplace safety oversight. You'll treat job-related injuries and illnesses, run pre-employment screenings and immunization clinics, and provide counseling and referrals for occupational and general health concerns. The position also involves monitoring safety trends across the organization, identifying risk areas with colleagues, and potentially delivering safety training programs—all while ensuring compliance with relevant workplace safety regulations.

This full-time, in-office position requires a current Registered Nurse license valid in Wisconsin and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) obtained within 30 days of your start date. You'll be joining Ascension, a large nonprofit Catholic health system with nearly 100,000 associates, recognized as a top workplace in healthcare and military-friendly employer. The role suits an RN interested in preventive health, occupational medicine, and the broader safety and wellness side of healthcare rather than acute clinical settings.
