About this role

Jane Phillips Medical Center is building out its ENT program and seeking a physician to help establish and grow this service line in Bartlesville. You'd work in a mixed inpatient and outpatient setting with access to robotics, dedicated block time, and support staff including audiologists. The clinic-based procedures span Eustachian tube dilation, biopsies, skin lesion removals, ear tubes, and diagnostic imaging, while you'd also manage inpatient consultations across the hospital's 97-bed facility and collaborate with other specialties.

The role offers a structured call rotation designed around work-life balance rather than high-volume coverage demands. As an employed physician within Ascension's nonprofit Catholic health system, you'd practice with local autonomy while backed by a national network. Bartlesville itself—a community of 50,000 with a low cost of living, schools rated highly, and outdoor recreation nearby—sits under 15 minutes from most commutes, making it accessible without the pace or expense of larger markets.

You'll need an MD or DO with Oklahoma medical licensure obtained before your start date, prescriptive authority, and current Advanced Life Support certification. This is a full-time, in-office position suited to someone ready to shape a growing program in a stable, mission-driven environment.
