About this role
Ascension's Nashville family medicine practice offers a full-scope outpatient role within a well-resourced, physician-led environment. You'd work alongside five physicians and one other APP in a clinic with eight exam rooms, seeing 20–25 patients daily with dedicated one-on-one medical assistant support. The position is employed within a national nonprofit Catholic health system, providing practice stability and access to an integrated referral network while maintaining local autonomy. Call is optional, not required.
The role suits a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine NP or PA committed to person-centered, community-focused care. You'll need an active Tennessee NP license (or current multistate compact license) and RN licensure prior to hire, along with BLS certification obtained within 30 days of your start date. This is a straightforward primary care setting emphasizing reasonable patient volumes and a collaborative, supportive culture rather than high-productivity demands.
