About this role

Ascension St. Vincent's is building out its endocrinology practice in Jacksonville and is looking for an NP or PA to join an established outpatient team. You'd work alongside experienced endocrinologists and other advanced practice providers, managing patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and related conditions. The role centers on comprehensive evaluation and treatment planning, patient education, and coordinating care across the health system—with the support of clinical and administrative staff to handle the operational side.

This is a full-time position within a large nonprofit health system, which means stability, access to CME funding and dedicated time off for education, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Compensation is competitive with productivity incentives tied to RVUs. You'll work in a physician-led culture described as collaborative, and you'll be part of a 309-bed medical center serving a growing regional population of roughly one million people.

To apply, you'll need a Master's degree in Nursing, current Florida NP licensure before your start date, and BLS certification within your first month. If you're drawn to endocrinology, value working within a mission-driven organization, and want the backing of a large health system without sacrificing outpatient practice, this role offers a clear path to building a sustainable career.
