About this role

Ascension's Burn ICU in Indianapolis seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead daily operations and nursing staff within a specialized burn care setting. You would oversee workflow and staffing, hire and develop nurses, and work cross-functionally with physicians and other disciplines to coordinate complex patient care. The role also requires advancing quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through clinical policies and performance monitoring while managing resources and supporting a positive experience for patients, families, and staff.

You'll need proven leadership experience—whether as a charge nurse, preceptor, supervisor, or lead—plus a minimum of three years in critical care nursing with ICU and hemodynamic monitoring background. A BSN is strongly preferred for this management role. Experience in infection control and wound care is valued. Advanced certifications such as STABLE, NRP, or PALS are preferred but not required.
