About this role

Ascension's clinic-based nursing role in Nashville centers on direct patient advocacy and care coordination. You'll implement individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions closely, and serve as the primary communicator between patients and the broader care team. The position also emphasizes discharge planning from admission onward, meaning you'll work collaboratively to prepare patients for safe transitions home. This is hands-on clinical work requiring precision in executing physician and nursing orders while staying attuned to each patient's evolving needs.

To qualify, you'll need an active RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing before your start date and BLS certification within your first month.
