About this role

Ascension's critical care nursing role in Bartlesville centers on direct patient advocacy and coordinated clinical decision-making in a high-acuity setting. You would develop and adjust individualized care plans, serve as the primary communicator between the patient and the broader care team, and ensure physician and advanced practice provider orders are executed with precision. The position demands continuous patient monitoring, accurate documentation, and the ability to flag and communicate status changes promptly—functioning as both clinician and the patient's central voice within the medical system.

This is a full-time, in-office position requiring an active Oklahoma RN license before your start date, along with BLS certification within your first month and Advanced Life Support within six months.
