About this role

Ascension's Physical Therapist role in Indianapolis is a temporary, in-office position within a large nonprofit Catholic health system. You would conduct patient assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families, and deliver therapy using standard physical therapy techniques. Beyond direct patient care, you'd mentor physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff to uphold clinical standards across the team.

To qualify, you need Indiana PT licensure or a temporary permit (with a requirement to pass boards and obtain your RPT credential within four months if hired on the permit track). A bachelor's degree is required; a master's or doctorate is preferred. You must also obtain BLS Provider certification within 30 days of your start date. This role suits an experienced clinician ready to contribute to a large health system while supporting junior staff development, or a newly credentialed therapist willing to complete licensing requirements quickly in a structured environment.
